The journey begins with our nationwide trails, where players showcase their skills and determination to stand out among the best.


As players strive for excellence in our open trials, those who rise to the top are invited to the prestigious final 60 invite-only event. This exclusive gathering brings together the most exceptional talents, creating an atmosphere of competition, camaraderie, and celebration.


We're thrilled to announce an exciting expansion of our Spotlight program. Players who shine in our Irish Spotlight program now have the unique opportunity to be ranked alongside talents from around the globe in our new Spotlight programs in Canada and the USA. This global initiative provides players with a platform to compare their skills and talents with peers worldwide, fostering healthy competition and international exposure.

International Advocacy:

        - Collaborate with contacts and networks in Canada and the US to advocate for players interested in opportunities there.

       - Establish connections with Football leagues, clubs, and scouts in Canada and the US to promote Irish talent.


    

US Collegiate Advocacy:

       - Use our relationships with college programs in the US.

        -Provide guidance to players interested in pursuing collegiate Soccer in the US, including NCAA eligibility      requirements.

        -Facilitate communication between players and college recruiters.


    

League of Ireland Opportunities

        - Advocate for players who express interest in joining League of Ireland teams.

        - Provide information and support for players navigating the transition to professional football in Ireland.


    Guidance and Resources:

        - We offer resources and guidance to players regarding the specific requirements and processes involved in pursuing opportunities in Canada, the US, and Europe.


   Player Profiles:

        - Develop comprehensive player profiles that highlight their skills, achievements, and aspirations.

        - Share these profiles with relevant contacts in Canada, the US, Ireland and Europe to facilitate better understanding and consideration.


    Communication Channels:

        - Maintain open lines of communication with players to understand their preferences and goals.

      -   Regularly update players on advocacy efforts and opportunities.


By expanding the program to include these advocacy components, We create a comprehensive support system for players looking to take their Football careers to the next level, whether it be internationally, in collegiate Schools in the US. Regularly evaluate the program's effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and outcomes.

But here's the exciting part – we are currently accepting player applications, and those who enroll will enjoy priority placement at these events. This means you get first dibs on securing your spot in the trials. Enrolled players can not only apply for a trial in their local area but are also welcome to request a spot in any of our other events across the nation.
